The apartment, which can accommodate up to a maximum of eight people, has on the first level an entrance-living room and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom; upstairs a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower; it also has a double covered veranda per level and an outdoor patio with wooden gazebo. Panoramic veranda overlooking a large citrus grove. Also outside (only for the summer months) there is a laundry, stone oven, washing machine; a shower with hot water and a grill area.
