we offer for rent a seaview villa with pool in a residential area in the city of Syracuse in Sicily. This villa can be rented for short summer periods. We are inside the protected marine area of Plemmirio a short distance from the sandy beach within walking distance. This summer house has two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen, a living area and a large covered veranda. Upstairs a small solarium terrace from which it is possible to enjoy the splendid view of the bay of the marina. The well-kept garden houses a swimming pool with solarium area.
