We offer a rustic villa in Sicily for summer rental.

The rustic villa consists of a renovated main building, once an old farm building, a farmer's house, and a building where the barrels were stored. Another building, now a separate annex, also features a renovated truss roof.
The well-maintained 2,000-square-meter plot, with a section planted with fruit trees and another with ornamental plants and flowers, is bordered by splendid dry-stone walls, typical of these areas, among which stands out the prickly pear cactus with its multicolored fruits. All this is immersed in land planted with olive trees, some of which are centuries-old, which enhance the panorama. The landscape and setting surrounding this property are the perfect backdrop. Just a few kilometers away are the lands of the famous Pachino tomatoes, almonds, Nero d'Avola grapes, and Syracuse lemons; not to mention the Vendicari nature reserve and the renowned seaside village of Marzamemi with its ancient tuna fisheries; while the splendid golden sandy beaches are just a 5-minute drive away.
